H1N1 Policy 2009-2010

Due to the current pandemic, attendance policies have special ammendments.

Please exercise caution and discretion for your health and that of others.

For anyone feeling ill, running a fever, having an active runny nose or cough due to a virus, PLEASE do NOT attend class.    For those of us with children and/or chronic health issues,  this year's flu season is especially worrisome.

For anyone who contracts a confirmed case of H1N1 during the dance season, please provide a doctor's note, and you will have your opportunities for make-up classes extended.   This flu is predicted to cause longterm effects to breathing and energy levels, so you will given extra time and opportunity to get the classes you have paid for.

As per guidelines provided by the provincial and federal governments, it is recommended that you wash you hands before class and after, and use alcohol-based gel or wipes.   Studios are meeting grounds for many people who in turn have been circulating in many work, home, and school environments.
